The door hold open timer offers hold open time from 1 second to 30 seconds. Once the chosen door open time has elapsed, the door will then slide slowly to the closed door position, should the door meet any blockage or resistance during the open or closing sequence, then the door will immediately stop
EDM5 is ultra quiet and ultra flexible, allowing the user to have multiple convenient service features at their disposal such as a wide range of activation options, partial open & full hold-open feature as well as a night operating mode
EDM5 comes completely assembled with cover and door carrier brackets and is ready to fix. As standard, EDM5 accepts an operational voltage range from 70VAC up to 265VAC. Models are available as either single door models for Left or Right handed slide, or otherwise as double door BI-parting models.

Header rail sizes lengths are up to 2000mm for single door and up to 3000mm for Bi-parting double door models.
Door carry weight capacity is 50kg per door leaf and recommended door widths are a maximum of 1530mm for single doors & 1330mm per leaf for bi-parting doors.
Applicable door height is up to 2100mm.
Dimension of the header is compact & small @ 68mm depth x 150mm height, thereby allowing the EDM5 to be fitted easily, quickly & unobtrusively to most applications where either new automation or automation upgrade is needed for either user convenience or necessity in support of ADA situations.
Partial open function offers door gap of 75 or 150mm of single sliding door, 150 and 300mm on Bi - Parting sliding doors.
Auto Stop on door blockage and will restart by either switch activation or auto restart after 15 seconds time delay.
