A unique new Chip based upon the RAM concept ( RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY ), controls input data into the control box.

Using the RAM system, it is possible to write, rewrite or over write operational control settings up to 10 Billion times. This system allows memory retention of control box settings without power supply for up to a two year period.

This is a seven segment, 2 digit display which allows a visual guide to operational settings and error status.

This display also offers the engineer or the user, clear advice covering operational cycle history of the operator and gives a clear indication of open and close cycles in excess of 10,000 up to 99,000,000.

Operational parameters are programmed into the control box by a combination of digital pulses and an LED indicator, allowing the unique feature of a '1 X SHOT' PROGRAM & FORGET system.

The new hanger roller bracket contains a new method of lifting and lowering the height of the door by a "ramped" nut and bolt. As a result door height adjustments is increased to 16mm total.

All parts can be installed from the front, allowing main components to be easily added or removed on the job site for installation or service purposes.

This effectively allows initial installation of the base rail at site, which is then followed by separate installation and commissioning of major internal components

The new model will allow the control box to accept basic operational connections and functions, such as sensor switch, safety beam and half open system.

Additional switching functions such as panic switch, emergency stop, OE & CE signals, etc... can be added by the addition of a further optional circuit board fitted to the control box.
